I've used several different pool repair companies over the year, but happy to have found Round Rock Pool Pros. My previous company was pretty unresponsive when my pool pump died, but these guys were very professional and have an excellent system in place for communicating where you are in the process - all of the service calls are easily scheduled online and they send you email and text updates. Billing is also conveniently handled online. The service repair guy, Graham, was prompt and courteous and helped me understand the new settings and programming. It's never fun to have a piece of expensive equipment die but makes a big difference to work with a company that handles it quickly and professionally for you when it does happen.

Josh and the team at RR Pool Pros were awesome to work with. They did a full plaster remodel of our in-ground pool, replaced all the mastic & jets and added all new tile. There were no ”surprise” costs added to the project and they even beat their estimated completion time by well over a week. Josh was really hands-on. He was on-site every single day, and anytime we had any questions or concerns he would follow up quickly with answers. We had never done a project like this before and were obviously very nervous, but with each passing day we felt better and better and that is all because of how attentive Josh was. I’d 100% recommend RR Pool Pros to anyone who is looking to give their existing pool a makeover. It is a night and day difference between how our pool looked before compared to now. It truly does look like a brand new pool install. Kudos to RR Pool Pros. On a scale of 1 to 10 we are definitely a 9+, and in this day and age of co’s trying to cut corners, and service being less than desirable…..they did amazing!

These guys do quality work and are very knowledgeable. They have repaired equipment on our pool and most recently put in a nice waterfall/feature (and planter). Shaun was a pool genius. We had an issue with a pipe suddenly leaking on our job and Shaun (I'm not making this up) asked for a loaf of bread and used it to temporarily stop the leak. He was then able to fix it quickly without our yard becoming flooded. That was some serious quick-thinking McGuyver stuff right there!
